We sincerely appreciate your trust in Quality Foods Product and for choosing our online shopping service.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we have outlined the terms and conditions that govern the return, refund, and exchange of any products purchased from us. Please review the following guidelines carefully to understand your rights and the steps involved in requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

What to expect

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in the original packaging and sealed.

Products delivered other than your specifications.

Expiry dated products.

Only regular priced products may be refunded, promotional or on sale products cannot be refunded unless received in damaged condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or exchanged:

    • Aaloo Bukhara – Irani
    • Aaloo Bukhara – Kandhari
    • Aaloo Bukhara – Imli
    • Aaloo Bukhara – Anardana

We accept return or exchange claims within the first 07 days of your purchase. We will gladly process refund or exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned products.

The collection of products for return or exchange will be the responsibility of QFP.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or expiry dated at the time of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced products may be refunded, promotional or on sale products cannot be refunded unless received in damaged condition.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your provided account, within 07 days of approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
